works in the HVAC industry for 30 years. He was the president of a Carrier dealer and was awarded the BDD/Carrier Silver Medal of Excellence.

Rich Schmidt  
has extensive HVAC experience and managed facilitiesat Micronix, Captorr, and Dresser Industries.

Tuyen Vo  
brings his experience with joint ventures with 3M, Applied Materials, Lam Research, State University of New York, through which have brought numerous products from concept to market. Tuyen invented the HelioMist technology.

Terry Watkinson  
was a senior executive with robust experience in sales, marketing, and manufacturing of heat pump compressors at CTI, Leybold, Austin Scientific, and Oxford Scientific.
